    Ms. Lateshia has been married for twelve years with a nine year old son. In her spare time she enjoys traveling and watching her son play baseball. He has been playing since the age of 4. Ms. Lateshia has been in the Early Childhood field for 25 years, starting out as a two year old teacher and moving her way up into management. She obtained her Master of Science from Walden University in the field of Early Childhood Studies. She looks forward to continuing to make a difference in the lives of children as well as building character, coaching new educators and preparing them as they enter the field being their guide. Her theory is that children are like sponges. Her passion is making sure that children are receiving the quality care they deserve in a safe and nurturing environment so they can soak up everything. She enjoys seeing the excitement on their faces as they play and learn new things.

  • Ms. LeShaunda

    <p><!--block-->Ms. LeShaunda transferred from a KinderCare sister school where she was the Prekindergarten teacher and Health &amp; Safety Coordinator. Prior to that she came in to KinderCare with a background in management. Formerly she has been a teacher and Assistant Director with her previous employer. She came aboard our team with the willingness to learn and assist anyone that needed an extra hand. LeShaunda keeps a positive attitude and a smile on her face in everything she does. Around the center she is proactive when it comes to health and safety. She also teaches the children what it is to be safe. LeShaunda helps keep the children motivated and wanting to learn during the phonics and reading learning adventure classes to help support the learning that is taking place in the classrooms. She is looking forward to continue meeting all the new families.</p>

  • Ms. Lashonda

    Ms. Lashonda has been working in childcare for many years. She always knew that working with children is her passion at heart. She graduated with a degree in Early Childhood Education. Ms. Lashonda is planning on getting her Bachelor's degree in 2016. She has been with KinderCare for a year now and she enjoys every step of the way. Children love being in her classroom because she is very energetic, happy and loves to interact with the children and making every moment a teachable moment.

  • Ms. Laurie

    Ms. Laurie has been with KinderCare for 5 months, and loves every minute of it! She is very enthusiastic and&nbsp;if you pass by her classroom you will see her always engaged with her toddlers. She will jump up and down with&nbsp;them or crawl and have fun with them.&nbsp;She feels children are learning by watching and observing the word around them. Her philosophy of teaching is that a child is like a sponge. Their minds observe everything, and what you pour in is what will come out.<br /> Ms. Laurie's children love to be in her classroom because she makes learning fun. Laurie's favorite thing about teaching is the reward of seeing a child grow and develop.<br /> In her spare time, Ms. Laurie enjoys reading and shopping for shoes!

  • Ms. Keshonda

    Ms. Keshonda has&nbsp;been in child care since 2010. She is originally from Greenville , NC where she has been all her life. She graduated from Farmville Central High School in 2011 and is currently pursuing her Bachelor's of Science in Psychology to become a mental health therapist for children and teenagers.<br /> Unique things done in the toddler class is one on one bonding, plenty of hugs and fun filled learning activities. Her philosophy of teaching is that children learn through repetition and consistency which she applies on the everyday interactions with her students.<br /> In her spare time, Ms. Keshonda likes reading, shopping, exercising, traveling and spending quality time with her daughter.
