  Leann grew up in Longmeadow, Massachusetts, but moved south for college in order to be closer to family. She graduated summa cum laude from Washington and Lee University in 2009, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Spanish. In college, she was a member of the Phi Beta Kappa and Beta Gamma Sigma honor societies. In 2012, she earned her J.D. and graduated with honors from the University of North Carolina’s School of Law in Chapel Hill. During her time in law school, Leann worked as both a staff writer and a contributing editor of the North Carolina Law Review, a volunteer coordinator for Carolina Street Law, and a member of the Faculty Selection Committee. She was elected to serve as an Honors Writing Scholar and council for the graduate honor court. She also received the Gressman-Pollitt Oral Advocacy Award during her first year. Leann began her career defending employers, insurance companies, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation claims, so she brings a unique and informed perspective to her cases on behalf of injured workers. She has successfully handled cases at both the Deputy Commissioner and Full Commission levels before the North Carolina Industrial Commission, as well as before the Court of Appeals of North Carolina.   Xavier Bromell

  A native of Loris, SC and a 2020 graduate of the North Carolina Central University School of Law, Xavier Bromell focuses his practice on PERSONAL INJURY MATTERS, vigorously advocating on behalf of his clients throughout North Carolina.   Bonnie Pierce’s introduction to the legal world began in 1993 following the tragic death of her teenage son in a truck crash. Attorney Pierce’s personal tragedy was the spearhead behind the pursuit of her career in law and remains the driving force behind every truck crash she investigates. Pierce is a dedicated victim’s advocate and promoter of highway safety. She has traveled to Washington D.C. where she testified before lawmakers on the rules governing the hours of service, the need to keep rest areas open, and for tougher laws and stricter enforcement. Since 1994 Pierce has served as North Carolina’s point of contact for Parents Against Tired Truckers (P.A.T.T.), a grassroots organization made up of families of other truck crash victims which serves as a strong safety advocacy group. Pierce is a 2009 graduate of East Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, and a 2015 graduate of NCCU School of Law. While attending school, Pierce continued working as a truck crash investigator and senior litigation paralegal. She attended Wake Forest University where she earned her Bachelor’s degree while serving as captain of the Wake Forest University Dance Team and dedicating hours of service to various volunteer programs, events, and organizations. Terra then went on to obtain her J.D. at Campbell University School of Law. While at Campbell, Terra competed on both the Moot Court Team and Trial Team, interned with the United States Attorney’s Office, and was inducted into the Order of Old Kivett for her success and skills in written and oral advocacy. Terra now dedicates her unique skill set and career to personal injury matters allowing her to passionately fight for individuals who have been injured due to the wrongful and negligent actions of others. Augusta attended Randolph-Macon College in Ashland, Virginia and graduated cum laude with a double major in French and Sociology with a minor in Women’s Studies. She is still involved at Randolph-Macon by serving as a member of the Young Alumni Board and loves to visit campus any time she can. A Raleigh native, her commitment to serving her community brought her back to Raleigh where she attended Campbell University Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law. While at Campbell, she was a member of the Restorative Justice Clinic and with the clinic worked with students in Wake County as well as women in the North Carolina Correctional Institution.   Avi Feinstein

  As an Army veteran and former prosecutor, Avi is no stranger to the fight for justice. At the age of 18, he joined the U.S. Army, where he served as a Sergeant in the 10th Mountain Division and completed two combat tours in Iraq. He then continued his military service in the California Army National Guard while attending college at California State University, Northridge. After graduating college with honors, Avi attended Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. During law school, he served as the Chief Production Editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles Entertainment Law Review and competed as a member of the Scott Moot Court Honors Program and the Byrne Trial Advocacy Team.
